心血管疾病是威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一,其死亡原因主要是突发心血管急性事件(急性冠脉综合征、恶性心律失常等),其中70%以上发生在医院外,由于失去宝贵的早期诊断救治时间导致病情恶化,甚至发生猝死。心脏远程移动监护系统的应用,建立了心脏病患者和医生之间的“零距离”通道,提高了心脏病患者的生活质量,遏制了心血管疾病不断增高的病死率和致残率。同时还能大幅度降低费用,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。针对心脏远程监护问题,本刊近日专访了山东大学齐鲁医院副院长高海青教授。
