家族企业作为非公有制经济组织中民营经济的主要模式,在国民经济中占据着愈发重要的地位。家族企业具有特殊的竞争优势。不能生搬硬套西方家族企业的发展模式。应结合中国特殊的国情,探索中国家族企业发展模式。文章最后提出创新是家族企业破解困境之路。
As the main mode of private economy in non-public-owned economic organizations, family-owned enterprises occupy an increasingly important position in the national economy. Family business has a special competitive advantage. Can not be applied mechanically hardship of the development of the family business model. Should be combined with China’s special national conditions, to explore China’s family business development model. The article concludes that innovation is the way for family-owned enterprises to solve the dilemma.
