通过SEM、TEM及硬度和拉伸性能测试对SiCW/6061Al复合材料正挤压管材和反挤压杯的组织和性能进行了观察和测定。研究结果表明,挤压使SiCW发生了定向排列和折断,挤压温度是影响挤压件组织和性能的重要因素,挤压件硬度分布不均匀是由于金属流动不均匀所致,挤压后固溶时效处理能够大幅度地提高复合材料的抗拉强度
The microstructure and properties of the extruded tube and the extrusion cup of SiCW / 6061Al composite were observed and determined by SEM, TEM, hardness and tensile properties. The results show that SiCW has been aligned and fractured by extrusion. The extrusion temperature is an important factor that affects the microstructure and properties of the extruded parts. The uneven distribution of the hardness of the extruded parts is due to the uneven metal flow. Aging treatment can greatly improve the tensile strength of the composite material
