近些年来,国内外相继有不少实验提出了;肿瘤细胞与正常细胞氨基酸代谢存在着明显的差异。而且不同的肿瘤其变化不同,反映了不同的氨基酸成分对机体的营养和肿瘤的生长具有不同的作用和影响。细胞膜是细胞外物质进入细胞的必经之路,无疑这种差异与细胞膜的结构特性有着密切的关系。肿瘤细胞膜与相应的正常细胞膜相比其生化组分,酶活性以及流动性都有明显不同。
In recent years, many experiments have been put forward at home and abroad; There are obvious differences in amino acid metabolism between tumor cells and normal cells. And different tumors have different changes, reflecting different amino acid composition on the body’s nutrition and tumor growth has a different role and influence. Cell membrane is the only way for extracellular material to enter cells, no doubt that this difference has close relationship with the structural characteristics of cell membrane. Tumor cell membrane and the corresponding normal cell membrane compared to its biochemical components, enzyme activity and fluidity are significantly different.
