日本殖民者在大连实行“大陆经营”政策,大连市以及东北民族工商业的经济命脉完全在满铁的经营机关控制和垄断下。满铁经营之下极其广泛,在大连以及辽宁就涉及到政治、经济、文教、科技、卫生、新闻、报刊、通讯等各个领域,严重打击大连民族工商业的发展,使大连民族工商业逐渐被日本殖民当局所控制。
The colonialists in Japan implemented the “mainland-run ” policy in Dalian, and the economic lifeline of Dalian and the northeast national industry and commerce was completely under the control and monopoly of Manchuria’s operating agencies.
