Mg ~ (++) Called the natural Ca ~ (++) antagonist, dilate blood vessels. From this point of view, whether or not there is an effect on improving cerebral circulation has been studied. The object is episodes of 2 to 3 weeks, more aware of consciousness, stable stroke in 42 patients. Using distilled water dissolved Mg ~ (++) (MgSO4) 2g, intravenous drip within 50 minutes, measured before and after the regional cerebral blood flow (r-CBF). As a result, r-CBF increased by more than 20% in patients with stroke, suggesting that Mg ~ (++) improves cerebral circulation and that this rate of increase is more meaningful than that of healthy young adults (also tested). In order to clarify the reason of the difference in response to load, Iwasaki and other words to check serum Mg ~ (++) value and Mg ~ (++) excretion of stroke and healthy people. The result was a serum Mg ~ (++) value, with almost no difference in urinary Mg ~ (++) excretion between the two groups
