本实验用高效液相氨基酸分析仪测定了16例原发性肝癌患者血浆游离氨基酸的浓度,结果表明:(1)肝癌患者血支链氨基酸中亮及异亮氨酸与正常人无显著差异,而明显高于肝硬化患者。(2)肝癌患者精氨酸及脯氨酸明显降低,而肌氨酸明显升高。(3)肝癌患者牛磺酸、乙醇胺较肝硬化患者显著增加,而甘氨酸、爪氯酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸均显著地减少。结果表明:肝癌患者有明显氨基酸代谢紊乱,纠正氨基酸代谢紊乱可作为肝癌的一种辅助治疗。
In this experiment, the free amino acid concentration in plasma of 16 patients with primary liver cancer was measured by high-performance liquid amino acid analyzer. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference between the light chain amino acid intermediate isoleucine and normal people in patients with liver cancer. And significantly higher than in patients with cirrhosis. (2) The arginine and proline levels were significantly lower in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and sarcosine was significantly higher. (3) Taurine and ethanolamine in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those in patients with liver cirrhosis, but glycine, chlorate, cystine, methionine, and tyrosine were all significantly reduced. The results showed that: Liver cancer patients have obvious amino acid metabolism disorders, correct amino acid metabolic disorders can be used as an adjuvant treatment of liver cancer.
