随着我国经济的飞速发展,航空业的发展也突飞猛进。在航空公司不断增多的同时,航空业的竞争也日益激烈,经营利润也逐渐下降。在航空公司的运营成本中,维修成本的可控性很强,维修成本的管理与控制成为当前航空公司的重要任务,合理的维修成本管控对航空公司的稳定与发展具有重要意义。本文通过论述维修成本的组成与影响因素,对维修成本的管理与控制提出可行性建议,望对航空公司相关工作作出微薄参考。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the development of the aviation industry has also been advancing by leaps and bounds. As airlines continue to grow, so is the competition in the aviation industry, and the operating profit is gradually declining. Among the operating costs of airlines, the controllability of maintenance costs is very strong. The management and control of maintenance costs have become an important task for the current airlines. Reasonable maintenance cost control plays an important role in the stability and development of airlines. This article discusses the composition and influencing factors of maintenance costs, and puts forward feasible suggestions on the management and control of maintenance costs in the hope of making a brief reference to the related work of airlines.
