市场需求、就业率、技术的升级换代等外部条件变化对档案高等教育的影响是不可忽视的,社会对档案人才的需求点不断发生改变。本文通过对近年来档案学本科毕业生就业现状的分析,认为新的形势,对档案学本科教育提出了新的要求,档案学本科教育必须进行不断的自我调整,明确以市场需求为导向,优化课程体系,加强实践类课程建设,保持各校专业特色,探索人才培养新模式等几个方面,才能实现档案学本科教育的可持续发展。
The impact of changes in external conditions, such as market demand, employment rate and technological upgrading, on archival higher education can not be ignored. The demand for archival talents in the society keeps changing. Based on the analysis of the current employment status of archivist graduates in recent years, this paper argues that the new situation puts forward new requirements for undergraduate education of archivists. Undergraduate education of archivists must constantly adjust themselves to the market demand, Curriculum system, strengthening the construction of practical courses, maintaining the specialty characteristics of colleges and universities, exploring new modes of personnel training and so on, can the sustainable development of undergraduate education of archives be realized.
