选用6周龄雄性BALB/C小鼠(体重22~25g)和3月龄雄性Wistar大鼠(体重300~400g)。每只小鼠一次性腹腔注射2-乙基己酸(放射性标记后为2-~(14)C-EHA)5μCi,分别于注射后0.5、1、6小时以二氧化碳麻醉、液氮冷冻动物,再以羧甲基纤维素包埋,制成20/μm厚切片;切片置—20℃室内冻干一天,放于胶片上,置—20℃环境中暴露6周,整个显影过程按常规暗室技术处理。上述放射性自显影方法为Ullberg(1977)所介绍。每只大鼠腹腔注射2-~(14)C-EHA 2μCi,分别于注射后2、6、24小时以二氧化碳麻醉动物,断头处死,
