根据B型万能试验机(型号有WE-5B、WE-10B、WE-30B等)的结构和测力原理,采用改变摆轴中心到推杆轴心距离h大小的方法进行改制较为方便,而且稳定性好。其具体做法是将h值减小约6mm。为实现这一目的只需新制作一个推杆座(简称为改制器)。改制器的尺寸如图所示,其中M8丝孔的位置比原来的推杆座M8的位置提高了6mm。改制器的材料为铝,重量仅7 g,材料及加工费约十元左右。改制器上的两组M3螺孔是为适应不同试验机的线轮架上的孔距而制作的。改制器的安装步骤如下: 1.从线轮架上将推杆座拆下; 2.卸去推杆座上的推杆及螺母; 3.将推杆装到改制器上。装改制器前先将M8螺母旋到推杆上,装上改制器后再将另
