1月18日本部发布“数模混合电话电路的建立和调整限值”、“通信电缆交接箱”等15项通信行业标准,自1993年7月1日起施行。1月20日本部发出关于调整公网与专网关系,充分发挥专用通信网作用的通知。“通知”本着互利互惠、有偿使用的原则重新做了7项规定,旨在最大限度地满足社会各方面的通信需要,以前文件与此精神不符的,一律按本通知执行。通知自1993年3月1日起施行(详见《政策信息》栏目)。
January 18 The headquarters promulgated 15 communications industry standards such as “Establishment and Adjustment Limits of Digital-analog Hybrid Telephone Circuits” and “Communication Cable Transfer Boxes” since July 1, 1993. January 20 Headquarters issued a notice on adjusting the relationship between the public network and the private network and giving full play to its role as a private communications network. “Notice ” Based on the principle of mutual benefit and paid use, seven provisions have been restated so as to satisfy the communication needs of all sectors to the greatest extent. Any previous documents inconsistent with this spirit shall be subject to this Circular. Notice since March 1, 1993 will come into force (see “Policy Information” section).
