武汉钢铁公司冷轧厂1700镀锌机组是由西德引进的成套设备。为保证镀层均匀,该机组采用吹镀法,机组上设有吹气装置。该装置为德马克公司的专利。对装置上的喷口曲线,国内现采用测绘原件,描点画线的方法进行仿制。本文从流体力学的基本原理出发,建立了装置中空气流动的数学物理模型,给出了喷口曲线的数学表达式,确定了表达式中的有关参数,并进行了计算。计算结果与喷口曲线的实测数据相符。本文给出的结果为喷口曲线的设计与制造提供了理论根据。
Cold rolled steel plant in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company 1700 zinc plating unit is the introduction of complete sets of equipment from West Germany. In order to ensure the coating is even, the unit adopts the blowing method, the unit is equipped with blowing device. The device is a Demag patent. Spout curve on the device, the domestic is the use of original surveying and mapping, tracing point drawing method of imitation. Based on the basic principle of fluid mechanics, this paper established the mathematical model of air flow in the plant, gave the mathematical expression of the spout curve, determined the relevant parameters in the expression and calculated it. The calculation result is in accordance with the measured data of the spout curve. The results presented in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of nozzle curves.
