采用标准k-ε紊流、P-1辐射等数学模型,对某发电有限责任公司600 MW烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤燃烧过程进行数值模拟和试验研究。对试验和模拟结果分析可知掺烧褐煤后炉内整体温度水平要低于单烧烟煤,但煤粉燃烧器区域温度水平要高于单烧烟煤,这个区域容易产生局部结焦,因此要注意调整运行方式,进行合理的配风。
Numerical simulation and experimental research on combustion process of lignite mixed with 600 MW bituminous coal boiler of a power generation limited liability company was carried out by using standard k-ε turbulent flow and P-1 radiation. The results of tests and simulations show that the overall temperature in the furnace is lower than that of the single-fired bituminous coal after burning the lignite, but the temperature of the pulverized coal burner is higher than that of the single-fired bituminous coal. This area is prone to local coking, so pay attention to adjust the operation Way, with a reasonable distribution of wind.
