近年来随着我国网球运动员接二连三在世界级网球大赛中获得佳绩,我国网球运动也得到快速发展,网球爱好者也越来越多,但是由于环境、经济因素,满足网球运动发展所需的裁判员的数量以及质量存在很大的不足。作为网球比赛的组织者和管理者,对其执裁能力的培养直接影响着运动员的切身利益,甚至是前途发展,所以本文提出利用高校有利条件培养网球裁判员,为陕西省网球事业发展做出贡献。
