张卿梅读者: 我国《劳动法》规定劳动者每日工作时间不超过8小时,平均每周工作时间不超过44小时。但目前企业让工人超时加班工作的现状相当普遍。据广东一份对珠江三角洲287家外资企业的调查资料显示,83.6％(240/287)外企是需要工人经常加班的,其中,每月加班16小时以下占21.6％,加班16-32小时占21.3％,32-48小时占24.0％,超过48小时占16.7％。

However, at present, the current situation in which enterprises allow workers to work overtime and work overtime is quite common. According to a survey of 287 foreign-funded enterprises in the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong, 83.6% (240/287) of foreign-funded enterprises require workers to work overtime.
