发达国家很早就开始把注意力放在培养学生信息素养的能力上,把学生掌握和运用信息技术的能力作为与读、写、算同等重要的新的终身有用的基础能力。随着我国新课程改革的不断推进,提高学生的信息素养也已经成为小学信息技术课程的基本目标。
Developed countries have long begun to pay attention to the ability of students to develop information literacy and to use their abilities to master and use information technology as a new lifelong and useful basic ability that is as important as reading, writing and calculating. With the continuous promotion of new curriculum reform in our country, improving the students’ information literacy has also become the basic goal of the elementary information technology curriculum.
