本文运用灰色关联分析方法,分别以经济发展指标GDP和环境污染指标废气、废水排放量为参考序列,以相关产业和行业的经济数据为比较序列,进行灰色关联度分析,结果发现,上海现有产业或行业结构初步适应了经济与环境相协调的发展理念,但是第三产业比重相对较低,且受金融和房地产等行业影响,第三产业发展平稳性不足,同时部分产业或行业仍对环境的污染产生着重要影响。
