目的了解医院感染现况,为科学防控医院感染提供依据。方法按照卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》,采用横断面调查方式,床旁调查和查阅病历相结合,对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果实际调查病例994例,实查率98.7%,发现医院感染56例,感染率5.63%,59例次感染,例次感染率5.94%;感染部位前3位依次是下呼吸道、上呼吸道、手术部位;调查日使用抗菌药物的有520例,使用率为52.31%,治疗用药病原菌送检率55.05%;检出医院感染病原菌32株,其中革兰阴性菌17株、革兰阳性菌5株、真菌10株。结论应关注重点科室的下呼吸道感染,合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods According to the “Diagnostic Criteria of Nosocomial Infections” issued by the Ministry of Public Health, a cross-sectional survey, bedside survey and medical records were combined to analyze the cases of nosocomial infections on the survey day. Results Among the 994 cases actually investigated, the actual examination rate was 98.7%. 56 cases were found to have nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 5.63%. The infection rate was 5.94%. Conclusions Should pay attention to the lower respiratory tract infection in key departments, the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
