代料栽培香菇一般是采用熟料,即培养料要经高压或常压灭菌,冷却后接种,在这一过程中,只要有一环节掌握不好,污染率就很高.生料能否栽培香菇?这是广大菇农所追求的,虽然有过报道,可是都未得到理想的效果.1989年在南京召开的国际生物技术讨论会上,嫩江地区的大田生料栽培花菇技术,引起了与会者的注意.1990年辽宁岫岩县引进这一技术,试种了5亩田获得成功.现把这一技术要点简述如下.
