综合当前有关社会秩序含义的各种观点和分类,人类社会生活的秩序从哲学上可界定相互联系的两个方面,一是人的社会生活的合理化和制度化,二是人们的一种合规则的求价值的有序活动状态,两者互为前提,虽各有侧重,但互为一体。社会秩序的这一含义表明,治理当前的社会秩序,必须坚定建设中国特色社会主义和谐社会秩序的自信,必须全面深入地推动改革开放,必须把以德治国与以法治国有机结合起来。
