党的十一届三中全会以来,随着改革开放的不断深入经济全球化的步伐加快,使我国的社会经济发生了广泛而又深刻的变革,这不仅给统计工作带来了新的发展机遇,同时也带来了严峻的挑战。改革原有的与新形势新任务不相适应的统计管理体制和制度方法,加快建立既符合中国国情,又符合国际贯例的统计体系,已成为我们不可回避的重要课题。笔者做为一名基层统计工作者,就统计改革问题做如下探讨。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, with the deepening of the reform and opening up and the acceleration of economic globalization, extensive and profound changes have taken place in our country’s social economy. This not only brings new opportunities for the development of statistics , But also poses a serious challenge. It has become an unavoidable task for us to reform the original statistical management system and system that are incompatible with the new situation and new tasks and accelerate the establishment of a statistical system that is both in line with China’s national conditions and consistent with international norms. As a grass-roots statistics worker, I make the following discussion on the issue of statistical reform.
