作者研究职业性上呼吸道过敏患者呼吸肌的生物电活动(BA),检查化学致敏原引起的上呼吸道过敏性炎症42例,均为女性,年龄21~52岁.40名健康人作对照组。记录安静时和功能负荷试验时(深吸气,深呼气,过度换气10秒钟)呼吸肌和辅助呼吸肌肌电图,包括肋间外肌(在腋窝线第6、7肋间检查),胸锁乳突肌,腹直肌上部和鼻翼肌。根据肌电图波幅的大小及其分布情况,对功能负荷的反应等评定肌肉的BA。同时记录左右侧前臂和小腿的屈肌和伸肌的肌电图,研究骨骼肌的BA,以及中枢对呼吸和运动系统的调节机能。研究结果病例组在安静时,呼吸肌和辅助呼吸
The authors investigated the bioelectrical activity (BA) of respiratory muscles in patients with occupational upper respiratory tract allergies and examined 42 patients with allergic upper airway inflammation caused by chemical allergens, all female, aged 21 to 52 years. Forty healthy people served as control group . Record resting and functional load tests (deep breathing, deep expiration, hyperventilation for 10 seconds) EMG of the respiratory and accessory respiratory muscles, including the intercostal muscles (6th, 7th intercostal examination on the axillary line ), Sternocleidomastoid, upper rectus abdominis and the alar wing muscle.
