(一)金属线制品(普通钢)1963年11月20日在天津召开了金属制品座谈会,参加座谈的有鞍钢、湘钢、上钢二厂及天津等单位和地方的金属制品生产厂,在这次会上交流了生产经验,讨论了今后的发展方向和新技术新工艺。会上交流了很多重要的经验,如拉丝模直接水冷却、钢丝表面黄化,钢丝滚式拉模、镀锌钢丝先镀后拔、不松散钢丝绳、麻芯真空浸油、提高制绳镀锌钢的扭转性能等等,这些都是切实可行的经验。如能把这些经验运用到生产中去,可以大大改进金属线制品的质量。根据国内情况和讨论意见认为增加钢丝绳品种是提高质量的一个重要手段,如生产线接触、不松散及异型股钢丝绳代替普通方法捻制的钢丝绳可以提高使用寿命几倍。近几年来金属制品出现了不少新技术新工艺,
