研究了温度、pH值、氮碳源及无机盐对稻曲病菌生长、孢子萌发的影响和寄主生育期对病菌侵染的影响。结果表明,菌丝生长温度为10~30℃,最适为28℃;菌丝在pH值3~10之间均可以生长、最适pH值为6~7。孢子萌发最佳温度为28℃。菌丝生长的最适碳、氮源为蔗糖和L-天冬门酰胺,最佳浓度分别为2%和0.2%;无机盐为磷酸氢二钠与硫酸镁组合。病菌孢子释放量受气象因子影响较大,晴天夜间释放为主,阴雨天全天释放。孕穗前、中期为稻曲病菌主要侵染时期。
The effects of temperature, pH value, nitrogen and carbon sources and inorganic salts on the growth and spore germination of Aspergillus oryzae were studied, and the effects of host growth period on the pathogen infection were studied. The results showed that the mycelial growth temperature was 10 ~ 30 ℃ and the optimum temperature was 28 ℃. The mycelium grew at the pH value of 3 ~ 10 and the optimum pH was 6 ~ 7. The optimum temperature for spore germination is 28 ℃. The optimal carbon and nitrogen source for mycelial growth were sucrose and L-aspartamide, with the optimal concentrations of 2% and 0.2%, respectively. The inorganic salts were the combination of disodium hydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate.
