平顶山矿务局在采准巷道推广使用U型钢拱形可支架是由点到面进行的。从1984年9月开始试点到1987年全面推广,全局使用U型钢拱形可缩支架支护巷道达106条23045米,为采面创造了良好的生产条件,并取得了可观的经济效益。其具体做法和情况如下: 一、试点 1984年我局最初使用U型钢拱形可缩支架工作是在十矿戊四采区戊_(8 10)—14201机巷开始的。该巷使用掘进机掘进,巷道断面为8.3米~2,使用三节U型钢拱形可缩支架,间距为0.7米,共架530米。该巷最初掘进的270米,使用的是工字钢和混合支架。
