目的:研究西药临床合理用药的安全性与管理措施.方法:随机选择我院2017年4月至2018年4月未实施临床合理用药管理措施的203张处方作为对照组,将2018年5月至2019年5月实施临床合理用药管理措施的203张处方作为观察组,对比分析2组处方的不合理用药类型以及发生率.结果:西药临床用药不合理用药情况主要存在于药品规格错误、药品厂家错误、药品质量不合格、剂型错误等方面,对照组处方不合理用药比例达到17.73％,观察组处方不合理用药比例为5.91％.结论:药剂科需要不断强化西药临床合理用药管理,针对存在的不合理用药情况制定管理措施,提高临床用药的安全性.
