由于淋病逐年增多,一些患者讳疾忌医或乱投医,导致淋菌上行,使前列腺受感染,形成淋菌性前列腺炎,使用口服或注射药物的常用方法往往治疗效果欠佳,病程迁延,成为患者长期苦恼和医疗工作中的棘手问题。本人2年多来采用菌必治加注射用水稀释后前列腺局部注射治疗25例淋菌性前列腺炎患者,取得较满意的临床效果,现报告如下:
