淮安市西顺河小学语文教研组是一个求真务实、敢于探索的团队。该组积极参与“千校万师”结对活动,有目标开展奉献教坛、课题研究、听课评课、校际交流。全组教师积极奉献,踏实努力,结合校情、学情和自身优势,有效实施课程改革,取得可喜成果。该校在借鉴洪泽区实验小学“自问自探”教学模式的基础上,结合学校具体教情、学情,提出并积极探索“三探”教学模式:初探——自主学习,发现问题;再探——共享学习,解决问题;追探——反思学习,拓展问题,并首选语文学科进行实验研究。语文组
Huai'an Xishun River Primary Chinese Teaching and Research Group is a pragmatic and courageous to explore the team.
