目的:观察射干麻黄汤加味治疗寒饮停肺型小儿流行性喘憋性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取106例寒饮停肺型流行性喘憋性肺炎患儿,随机分为西药组37例、中药组35例和中西药联合组34例。西药组给予西药治疗,中药组给予射干麻黄汤加味治疗,中西药联合组同时采用上述药物。3组均治疗7天。比较3组临床疗效和不良反应发生率,观察3组喘憋消失时间和咳嗽缓解时间。结果:西药组治疗总有效率78.38%,中药组治疗总有效率94.28%,中西药联合组治疗总有效率97.06%。西药组的治疗总有效率均低于中药组和中西药联合组(P<0.05);中药组的治疗总有效率与中西药联合组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药组喘憋消失时间及咳嗽缓解时间均短于西药组和中西药联合组(P<0.05),中西药联合组喘憋消失时间及咳嗽缓解时间均短于西药组(P<0.05)。西药组的不良反应发生率均高于中药组和中西药联合组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤加味或联合西药治疗寒饮停肺型小儿流行性喘憋性肺炎,治疗总有效率均优于单纯西药治疗。在缓解喘憋和咳嗽症状方面,射干麻黄汤加味的治疗效果最显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in treating epidemic pneumonia in children with cold drink and lung arrest. Methods: A total of 106 children with epidemic pneumonia of cold-stop and cold-stopping type were randomly divided into 37 cases in western medicine group, 35 cases in traditional Chinese medicine group and 34 cases in combination with western medicine group. Western medicine group to give Western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine group given Shegan Mahuang decoction treatment, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine at the same time using the above drugs. Three groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were compared. The disappearance time of asthma and cough relieving time were observed in the three groups. Results: The total effective rate of the western medicine group was 78.38%, the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 94.28%, and the total effective rate of the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 97.06%. The total effective rate of western medicine group was lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was not significantly different from that of western medicine group (P> 0.05). Chinese medicine group wheezing disappeared time and cough relief time were shorter than the Western medicine group and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group (P <0.05), Chinese and Western medicine combined group wheezing disappear time and cough relief time were shorter than the western medicine group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the western medicine group was higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Shegan Mahuang Decoction or Western medicine combined with cold drink bronchial pneumonia in children with epidemic pneumonia, the total effective rate is better than the simple western medicine. In relieving the symptoms of wheezing and cough, Shegan Mahuang Decoction is the most effective treatment.
