目的探讨和分析微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用价值。方法以我院收治的120例患者作为研究对象。随机分为研究组和对照组。其中对照组(60例)行常规治疗，研究组(60例)在对照组的基础上进行微生物检查，并依据结果进行相应治疗。治疗结束后，将两组患者感染率与感染病情程度进行对比。结果研究组感染率为6.7%(4/60)，对照组感染率为20%(12/20)，比较具有显著的统计学差异(<0.05)。此外研究组的感染程度情况也显著优于对照组(<0.05)。结论微生物检验在预防控制医院感染、提高抗生素使用合理性、提高患者生存质量等方面具有非常重要的指导意义，临床上值得推广运用。“,”Objective To research value of microbiological testing in the hospital infection. Methods 120 patients from our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group,each was 60.
