我虽年已花甲,不但心理上无老状,而且 体型、行动、谈吐均无老态。整天精力充沛,情 绪饱满,心情舒畅,四季穿衣比一般人少,平 日感冒也极少,且原患胃病、腰痛绝迹,高血 压已正常。每当故朋老友见面,他们总是问, 有何诀窍?说来,品过甘苦,颇有体会。自己归 结为恒、变、补、谐的自我保健四字诀。 恒——是持之以恒,从不间断,通过锻 炼,达到充分利用非药物手段、提高人体功能 水平、增进健康、预防疾病、益寿延年的目的。 我自1962年至今坚持早晚锻炼,不论是数九 寒冬,还是酷暑炎夏,从未间断。哪怕是出差 在外,也不择场地、时间、条件,照样锻炼。
