以296份玉米自交系为试验材料,通过低温发芽、苗期低温胁迫和生理生化指标的测定,结合田间验证,最终筛选出3个玉米抗冷自交系。开发了3对EST-PCR分子标记,用以区分感冷和抗冷的自交系。
A total of 296 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials to screen three cold resistant inbred lines of maize by low temperature germination, low temperature stress at seedling stage and physiological and biochemical indexes, combined with field validation. Three EST-PCR molecular markers were developed to distinguish between cold and cold resistant inbred lines.
