目的研究HHFNC对儿童毛细支气管炎的血气指标及预后的影响,为临床治疗提供依据.方法选择2017年8月至2019年10月我院接诊的100例毛细支气管炎儿童进行研究.按照随机数表法将所有患儿均分为研究组与对照组,各50例.比较两组患儿治疗前后的血气指标与治疗效果.结果治疗前两组患儿的PaO2与PaCO2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后研究组患儿的PaO2水平明显高于对照组患儿,PaCO2水平明显低于对照组患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患儿的治疗总有效率(92.
