通过三维建模仿真和高温试验,成功研制出一种新型的八边形截面炉膛台车炉。新型炉膛有利于炉内气流循环和传热,降低了能耗,有效解决了传统矩形截面炉膛炉温均匀性差、炉体散热量大等问题。
Through the three-dimensional modeling and simulation and high-temperature test, successfully developed a new type of octagonal cross-section hearth furnace. The new furnace is conducive to circulation and heat transfer in the furnace air flow, reducing energy consumption, effectively solve the traditional rectangular cross-section hearth furnace temperature uniformity is poor, the furnace heat dissipation and other issues.
