番茄抗TMV品系“Se-80”是通过单株——混合选择法育成的新品系,于1984年进行品种比较预备试验及TMV人工接种试验,1985年进入自治区级区域试验,并经决选后于1987年进入自治区级生产示范试验。“Se-80”在区试中表现总产量与对照品种“强丰”无显著差异,但早期产量显著超过“强丰”;通过产量结构的比较,表明“Se-80”采收高峰显著比“强丰”早,因而产值上优于“强丰”,产量曲线交会点约在开始采收后的45天左右。TMV人工接种的结果和接种后在心叶烟上回接试验表明“Se-80”是抗TMV的类型。三种同工酶酶谱的比较表明“Se-80”与“强丰”、“强力米寿”均不相同。综合“Se-80”的性状与“强丰”相比较,表明“Se-80”在前期产量、抗裂果和果实品质等方面都较“强丰”优良,是适于我区推广应用的优良新品系。
The tomato anti-TMV strain “Se-80” is a new strain which is bred by single plant-mixed selection method. In 1984, the variety comparison preparation test and TMV artificial inoculation test were conducted. In 1985, In 1987 into the autonomous region-level production demonstration test. The results showed that “Se-80” showed no significant difference between the total yield and the control variety “Qiangfeng”, but the early yield significantly exceeded that of “Qiangfeng”. The comparison of yield structure showed that “Se-80” “Strong Fung” early, so the output value is superior to “strong abundance”, yield curve intersection point about 45 days after the start of harvest. The results of the TMV artificial inoculation and the post-inoculation on the leaflet tobacco showed that “Se-80” is a type of anti-TMV. Comparison of the three isozymes showed that “Se-80” was different from “Strong Fung” and “Strong Mishou”. The results of “Se-80” showed that “Se-80” was superior to “Qiangfeng” New line.
