用一系列现代生物技术研究了“中合牌”生物菌肥 (简称ZH BBM )的有机质成分 ,结果表明 ,该菌肥中蛋白质含量为 2 1.0± 0 .0 1μg/ g ,中性糖含量为 37.0 5± 1.15μg/ g ,游离脂肪酸含量为870± 0 .0 2 μg/g ,粗脂肪为 1.30± 0 .0 1mg/ g及 11种低分子有机酸 (其中 9种饱和有机酸 ,2种不饱和有机酸 ,两者约占总有机酸含量的 6 3.2 6 % ) .这些结果对进一步阐明ZH BBM的有效成分及其对农业生态环境作用的分子机理和指导农业生产提供了又一重要的依据 .
A series of modern biotechnology was used to study the organic matter composition of ZHONGHE brand bio-fertilizer (ZH BBM). The results showed that the content of protein in this fertilizer was 2 1.0 ± 0. 01μg / g, the neutral sugar content was 37.0 5 ± 1.15μg / g, free fatty acid content was 870 ± 0. 02 μg / g, crude fat was 1.30 ± 0. 01mg / g and 11 kinds of low molecular weight organic acids (including 9 kinds of saturated organic acids and 2 kinds of Unsaturated organic acids, accounting for about 6 3.26% of the total organic acid content.) These results provide another important explanation for further elucidating the molecular mechanism of ZH BBM active ingredients and their role in agro-ecological environment and guiding agricultural production in accordance with .
