目的探讨急性呼吸窘迫征(ARDS)的治疗方法。方法通过近两年来ICU病房12例ARDS患者的治疗体会,总结经验,预防并发症的发生。结果12例ARDS患者,治愈9例,死亡3例。结论ARDS患者应及早给予机械通气,以肺的保护措施为主。在治疗过程中注意患者的基础疾病处理、液体出入量、电解质平衡及酸碱失衡、激素使用及营养支持等常规治疗,要加强抗感染治疗,预防呼吸机相关肺炎的发生,同时要避免肺机械性损伤。
Objective To investigate the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods Through the treatment experience of 12 ARDS patients in ICU ward in the past two years, we summarized the experience and prevented the occurrence of complications. Results In 12 ARDS patients, 9 were cured and 3 died. Conclusion ARDS patients should be given mechanical ventilation as soon as possible, with the main lung protection measures. In the course of treatment, pay attention to the treatment of patients with underlying diseases, fluid access, electrolyte balance and acid-base imbalance, hormone use and nutritional support and other routine treatment, to strengthen anti-infective treatment, prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia, while avoiding lung machinery Sexual injury.
