当今社会发展迅速,英语学习方式发生了重大改变。当代大学生必须要掌握学习英语的能力,从根本上学好英语。因此,学习英语元认知能力是每个大学生所必须具备的。本文首先指出元认知理论的构成,再结合当代大学生英语学习情况,从元认知能力在大学生英语学习中的必要性,培养大学生英语学习元认知能力这两个方面来阐述元认知能力对大学生英语学习的重要推动作用。
Today’s society is developing rapidly and major changes have taken place in the way of learning English. Contemporary college students must master the ability to learn English and learn English fundamentally. Therefore, learning English metacognitive ability is necessary for every college student.
