学校的档案管理不仅是学校教学和行政管理的重要内容,也是评判教学质量和管理水平的标准之一。目前,中职学校档案管理存在很多问题,只有进行改革才能够满足新时代下中职院校发展的需求。结合实际的档案管理经验,分析了如何优化新时期下中职院校档案管理工作。
School archives management is not only an important part of school teaching and administration, but also one of the criteria for judging teaching quality and management level. At present, there are many problems in file management of secondary vocational schools. Only by carrying out the reform can we meet the needs of the development of secondary vocational schools in the new era. Combined with the actual experience of file management, this paper analyzes how to optimize the file management of secondary vocational schools in the new era.
