一台上海产TX—25型人工肾新机器,经临床4次透析,每次机器运行5~6小时,机器工作正常。最近临床透析时发现:机器运行时间超过大约1小时后,透析液温度不稳定;有时还会超温报警,引起透析液停止加热,加剧了透析液温度不稳定。透析一次需反复调节温度控制旋钮。从电路原理角度分析:透析液温度不稳定与温度指示、温度控制、超温报警等电路皆有关联。首先检查温度指示电路。用同型号
A Shanghai-born TX-25 artificial kidney new machine, the clinical dialysis 4 times, each machine running 5 to 6 hours, the machine is working properly. Recent clinical dialysis found that: the machine running time more than about 1 hour later, the dialysate temperature instability; sometimes over-temperature alarm, causing the dialysis fluid to stop heating, exacerbated the dialysis fluid temperature instability. Dialysis need to repeatedly adjust the temperature control knob.
