当企业与顾客建立了共情之后,就能更加有效地适应多变的市场。他们关注的都是最重要的,所以能及时发现新机遇。共情能够使你变得更敏锐我的同事和我在斯坦福大学带了一门名叫《需求发现》(Need-finding)的课程,内容主要是用社会研究方法指导设计。在这个课上,我们教设计学院和商学院的学生们学会如何走向外界,观察人群,然后分析观察资料,以发现人们未满足的需求。我们还教他们如何花时间跟他人接触,了解他人的生活,最终改善自己的产品和业务。
When businesses and customers have built empathy, they can more effectively adapt to changing markets. They are concerned about the most important, so in time to find new opportunities. Empathy Makes You More Sharp My colleague and I brought a course called “Need-finding” at Stanford to focus on the design of social research methods. In this class, we teach students at Design Schools and Business Schools how to walk outside, observe people, and then analyze observations to find unmet needs. We also teach them how to spend time with others, understanding the lives of others, and ultimately improving their products and businesses.
