目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病并发多脏器病变时,及应用胎胸腺素(FetalThymosin,FT)治疗前后其免疫功能的变化。方法采用APAAP桥联酶标法测定外周血T细胞亚群。应用Hanks液制做胸腺素混悬液。随访观察不同时期Ⅱ型糖尿病并发慢性多脏器病变患者外周血T细胞亚群及心、肾、脑功能的变化。结果治疗前,无明显脏器病变的Ⅱ型糖尿病组与正常对照组之间T细胞亚群无显著差异(P>0.05);两组心、肾、脑等脏器病变者T细胞亚群明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,FT组外周血T细胞亚群上升,60天峰值达:CD284.1±1.6%,CD4/CD82.5±1.3,与对照组相比T细胞亚群升高显著(P<0.01),同时心、肾、脑功能亦有明显恢复。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病并发慢性多脏器病变时,免疫功能明显低下,胸腺素具有免疫兴奋作用,并有助于改善心、肾、脑功能。
Objective To investigate the changes of immune function in type 2 diabetic patients with multiple organ disease and before and after treatment with Fetal Thymosin (FT). Methods The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were detected by APAAP in situ hybridization. Apply Hanks solution to make thymosin suspension. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the function of heart, kidney and brain in peripheral blood of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with chronic multiple organ disease at different stages were observed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in T cell subsets between type 2 diabetic patients and normal control subjects (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in T cell subsets between the two groups (P <0.01). After treatment, the T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in FT group increased at 60 days peak: CD284.1 ± 1.6% and CD4 / CD82.5 ± 1.3 Compared with the control group, T lymphocyte subsets increased significantly (P <0.01), meanwhile heart, kidney and brain function also recovered obviously. Conclusion In type Ⅱ diabetic patients with chronic multiple organ disease, immune function is obviously low. Thymosin has the function of immune excitement and helps to improve heart, kidney and brain function.
