近日走访客户,多位高端会员提到一位我们的客户经理时不约而同地说道:“她的快乐感染了我们,使我们也快乐,并由此对她更加信任,对南航更加信赖!”那么,我们的客户经理乃至我们的营销人员怎么做才能使自己快乐并感染客户,最后赢得客户的信赖呢?说到底,这是个快乐营销的问题。快乐营销,首先你要快乐!所谓快乐营销的本质也就是情感营销,就是在营销过程中与销售对象通过互动沟通拉近与之的距离,赢得其认可信赖,从而让消费者动情,对品牌产生情感忠诚度。你想感染给别人快乐,首先你自身要心态平和,精神饱满,积极向上,开心快乐。试想一个精神萎靡,毫无生气,怨天尤人,垂头丧气的人又怎能使人快乐起来呢?
