外伤性膈疝是胸腹部一种严重的损伤,往往合并多器官伤,及时诊断治疗较难,因而延误治疗者多。本文将我院近十年来收治的外伤性膈疝12例进行分析,着重讨论其诊断问题。一、临床资料本组共12例,男性9例,女性3例。年龄最大者65岁,最小者8岁,以20至40岁者居多;开放损伤4例,闭合损伤8例;入院时休克5例,呼吸困难
Traumatic diaphragmatic hernia is a serious injury in the chest and abdomen, often with multiple organ injury, timely diagnosis and treatment is more difficult, and thus delay the treatment of more. This article will be admitted to our hospital nearly 10 years traumatic diaphragmatic hernia in 12 cases analyzed, focusing on the diagnosis of its problems. First, the clinical data of this group a total of 12 cases, 9 males and 3 females. The oldest was 65 years old, the youngest was 8 years old, and the majority was from 20 to 40 years old. Four cases were open injury and eight cases were closed injury. Five cases were admitted to hospital with shock and dyspnea
