近三年来我们使用泻下冲剂,代替X线检查前清洁肠道的灌肠或服油类泻剂等方法,经112例临床实践证明,本法疗效确切。泻下冲剂制作简单,成本低,无不良反应,深受患者和医护人员的欢迎。现介绍如下。处方:生大黄100g、番泻叶1800g、乌药2000g、大腹皮1500g、糖精钠5g、食用香精20ml、淀粉约400g、乙醇200ml,共制100袋。制法 1.提取取番泻叶、乌药、大腹皮加冷水36000ml,浸泡30分钟左右,加热煮沸
In the past three years, we have used purgative granules instead of cleansing bowel enema or taking oil laxatives before X-ray examination. The clinical efficacy of this method has been confirmed by 112 clinical cases. The diarrhea granules are simple to make, low in cost, and free of adverse reactions, and are well received by patients and medical staff. The introduction is as follows.
