1993年,梅河口市被省政府确定为经济快速发展综合改革试点城市。3年来,我们紧紧围绕快速发展这个主题,坚持实事求是的思想路线和“三个有利于”标准,抓住机遇,重点突破,在资金短缺和连续两年遭受特大水灾等诸多困难情况下,仍然超额完成了省政府下达的3年试点任务和8项经济指标,使梅河口市的经济发展步入了高速发展的新天地。
