本研究采用扫描电镜观察二组不同年龄的人磨牙的髓室底和根分叉的副孔数目间的关系。材料和方法 40只人磨牙依年龄平均分成二组:18岁以下为A组,18岁以上为B组。全部牙均去冠髓并根切至根分叉,使髓室底与根分叉均能受检。标本经次氯酸钠与EDTA处理,以除去有机物和无机物,用水冲洗、干燥后置入真空装置中涂金行扫描电镜观察。结果 A组:2只磨牙髓室底见副孔,均
In this study, the relationship between the number of accessory bores in the medullary base and root bifurcation of human molars in two groups of different ages was observed by scanning electron microscopy. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty human molars were divided into two groups according to their average age: group A under 18 years old and group B over 18 years old. All teeth go to the coronal pulp and root cut to the root bifurcation, so that the end of the pulp chamber and root bifurcation can be tested. Samples were treated with sodium hypochlorite and EDTA to remove organic and inorganic materials, washed with water, dried and placed in a vacuum device coated gold scanning electron microscopy.
