在事业单位里推行公务卡制度,是我国对传统的现金支付和结算方式的重大改革,它进一步提高了我国的财政预算管理水平,提高了事业单位和企业的业务透明度。公务卡制度在逐步推行的过程中,取得了不错的效果,但同时也显露出一些弊端,对任何财务工作者来说,都是不得不重视的一个问题。
The implementation of the business card system in public institutions is a major reform of our country in the traditional cash payment and settlement methods. It further improves our country’s budget management level and improves the business transparency of public institutions and enterprises.
