在现代工业生产中,金属板材三维曲面件主要是通过冲压等工艺手段成形的,且广泛地应用于船舶、飞行器、各种车辆、压力容器等工业领域。通常,为了成形每一个板类件都需要一套或数套模具;设计、制造与调试这些模具,要消耗大量的人力、物力和时间。在多品种、小批量的大型板类件生产中,往往受到成本和时间的限制,迫切需要更为先进的板类件成形技术。本文重点论述了无模多点成形压力机的设备构成与性能参数,并介绍了2000kN和630kN无模成形压力机的性能特点。
In modern industrial production, the three-dimensional curved metal sheet metal parts are mainly formed by stamping and other technological means, and are widely used in ships, aircraft, various vehicles, pressure vessels and other industrial fields. Often, one or more sets of molds are required to shape each panel part; designing, manufacturing and commissioning these molds requires a significant amount of labor, material and time. In the production of multi-species and small-batch large-sized plate parts, the cost and time are often limited, and the more advanced plate-forming technology is urgently needed. This article focuses on the dieless multi-point forming press equipment configuration and performance parameters, and introduced 2000kN and 630kN dieless forming press performance characteristics.
